LEVESQUE POLICIES

Your card will be charged 50% of your service total if:

-You cancel/reschedule your hair session within the 72hr window prior to your session

- You are more than 15 minutes late to your hair session and I can no longer service you

- You do not show up to your session

- You show up to your session visibly sick and I can no longer service you

You may be asked to make a 50% non-refundable deposit when reserving 3 or more hours of time for any chemical session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your chemical session appointment of 3 hours or more you will lose your deposit.

If you need to cancel or change your hair session please email bookings@levesquestudio.ca as you will not be able to make these changes online.
